I am not sure of an exact tutorial, merely I can make 1 for you! , I simply used LumiaLoverSims variations Hither
I recommend the solid colors as they are easiest to manipulate.

1) Download which ever color or type that you lot want and place it somewhere you can discover it. LumiaLover's mail has some instructions as well. I recommend putting the folder into your Sims 4 Mods binder and merely take out the file named similar this:solid_white.package, for this is the actual file you will be editing.

2) Open up the studio and click on My Projects. IMAGE3) Discover where you placed the file, select it and click Open up. IMAGE4) You lot'll meet this screen, and all you need to do is click the Export push. Paradigm

6) Next open up the .dds paradigm into your preferred editor and make sure to have Load Mipmaps un checked, I'm using GIMP.
